Minnesota Marriage Encounter provides an opportunity for you to explore your relationship together and find ways to make it more fulfilling and stronger for a lifetime. The weekend format helps couples communicate openly and honestly. There is no group sharing on a Minnesota Marriage Encounter weekend.
What is interesting is that most of us don’t spend enough time nurturing our marriages. We will spend years getting an education or training for our jobs and careers. We go to seminars, read trade publications and take continuing education classes to keep our job skills sharp but we are lucky to get a night out together as a couple once every month or two. There are few jobs that have the commitment “as long as we both shall live.” It is crucial to put as much enthusiasm and work into our marriages as we do our jobs and physical improvement.
